Capital-Markets-Advisors (CMA) is a boutique staffing and consultancy firm. Our client, a growing global Wealth and Portfolio Management firm, is hiring multiple full-time VP roles in Retail Wealth Canada.
These remote roles are with a large, global, discretionary portfolio management firm. In this Outside Sales role, you will be responsible for acquiring new assets (clients) within your territory and promoting the firm’s portfolio management services.
This is a highly consultative sales position. The firm has been operating in Canada for many years and has experienced significant growth both in Canada and internationally. Note: This is not related to real estate or project management.
Our client specializes in wealth and portfolio management and receives thousands of pre-qualified leads of potential high net worth investors. You will not do cold calling; all leads are interested prospects.
The Portfolio Management and Relationship Management teams handle client relationships and portfolios.

Extensive training, onboarding, home office setup, and coverage of travel costs and expenses.
Client Type:
High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Clients (not institutional).
Ideal Candidate:
An Investment Advisor with a proven track record of strong sales who prefers to focus solely on sales without administrative burdens or day-to-day client servicing. Motivated to succeed and assist HNW clients.
Compensation:
Base salary of $100k with total first-year earnings between $200k and $600k, plus full medical and dental benefits.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as an Investment Advisor, holding (or willing to obtain) one of the following designations: CIM, CFA Level 1, or MBA. Must be licensed to sell stocks and bonds and comfortable discussing all asset classes.
