PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE IN CANADA AND BE A LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR WITH AT LEAST 6 YEARS OF DIRECT HNW CLIENT-FACING EXPERIENCE IN ALL ASSET CLASSES. MULTIPLE HIRINGS DUE TO GLOBAL GROWTH. CANADA HAS BEEN A TOP PERFORMING COUNTRY FOR MANY YEARS.

Capital-Markets-Advisors (CMA) is a boutique staffing and consultancy firm. Our growing client, a global Wealth and Portfolio Management firm, has multiple full-time VP RETAIL WEALTH CANADA positions.

These remote roles are with a large global discretionary portfolio management firm. In this Outside Sales role, you are responsible for acquiring new clients within your territory and promoting the firm’s portfolio management services.

This is a highly consultative sales role. The firm has been operating in Canada for many years and has experienced significant growth both domestically and internationally. THIS IS NOT RELATED TO REAL ESTATE OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

Our client specializes in Wealth and Portfolio Management, serving high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients. They receive thousands of pre-qualified leads, and there is no cold calling involved.

The Portfolio Management and Relationship Management teams handle client relationships and portfolio management.

Company Provides:

  • Extensive training and onboarding
  • Home office setup
  • Travel expenses covered

Client Type: High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Clients (not institutional).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Investment Advisor with proven sales success
  • Preferably focused solely on sales without administrative or client servicing duties
  • Motivated to succeed and assist HNW clients

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $100,000
  • Total first-year compensation between $200,000 and $600,000
  • Full medical and dental benefits

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an Investment Advisor
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) one of the following designations: CIM, CFA Level 1, or MBA
  • Must be licensed to sell stocks and bonds
  • Comfortable discussing all asset classes
