This role supports the Regulatory Execution team within Risk Data and Technology transformation, responsible for implementing Citi's Data Governance Policy (CDGP) and ensuring compliance across Risk functions globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and promote the Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP) within the Risk Division globally.
2. Assess and monitor compliance, establishing Data Governance forums as needed.
3. Build relationships with Risk functions to enhance communication, awareness, and feedback for process improvement.
4. Develop and maintain Risk-specific procedure documents to guide policy implementation.
5. Support best practices in data management, controls, and escalation of issues.
6. Manage execution of Regulatory and Internal Audit Corrective Action Plans related to Risk data.
7. Participate in governance forums, communicating risks and issues to senior management.
8. Evaluate risk in business decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, and control effectiveness.
9. Support data risk and controls governance initiatives, including control design and management assessments.
10. Oversee Privacy-related governance activities, including system record identification and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years experience in financial risk management, audit, or data governance roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical and analytical expertise in policy gap assessment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Financial Engineering, or similar; Master’s preferred.
