JPMorganChase in Canada seeks a Market Strategy Lead - Vice President to translate market insights into segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market plans for Merchant Services. You will own customer-facing messaging across digital properties and enablement materials, aligning with regional regulatory needs and schemes.

This leadership role partners with Product, Sales, Commercialization, and Marketing to drive strategy, messaging, and cross-functional governance for campaigns and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market, or related experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Proven ability to develop differentiated value propositions and enablement portfolios.
• Experience defining segmentation, personas, and buying journeys for precise targeting.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with clear communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, end-to-end.
• Knowledge of regional compliance requirements and collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Win/loss analysis and translate insights into messaging and product recommendations.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing payment solutions for partners and direct channels.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure regulatory disclosures and approvals.
