We are seeking a VP of Sales / GM of B2B to lead Branch Business and drive our next growth phase. You will oversee the entire revenue process for B2B clients—from demand generation and partnerships to pipeline management and customer expansion—while building and managing a high-performing team and collaborating across functions to scale our impact in office furniture and work products.
This role offers the chance to close multi-hundred thousand dollar deals with leading companies, scaling a proven business line into nine figures, optimizing existing channels, and exploring new markets. You will also incubate and validate new offerings with our product teams.
Ideal candidates have experience leading high-growth sales teams, building or scaling revenue from low to high eight figures, and are proficient in sales systems, processes, and automation tools like HubSpot. This role reports directly to the CEO. In your first 90 days, you will refine our GTM strategy, evaluate segmentation, identify expansion opportunities, and work to quickly generate new revenue.
