Our products have received rave reviews from startups, landlords, F500 companies, and institutions like Google, Shopify, LVMH, SpaceX, and MIT. With eight figures in annual revenue, we aim to grow further.

The Role

We are seeking a VP of Sales / GM of B2B to lead Branch Business and drive our next growth phase. You will oversee the entire revenue process for B2B clients—from demand generation and partnerships to pipeline management and customer expansion—while building and managing a high-performing team and collaborating across functions to scale our impact in office furniture and work products.

This role offers the chance to close multi-hundred thousand dollar deals with leading companies, scaling a proven business line into nine figures, optimizing existing channels, and exploring new markets. You will also incubate and validate new offerings with our product teams.

Ideal candidates have experience leading high-growth sales teams, building or scaling revenue from low to high eight figures, and are proficient in sales systems, processes, and automation tools like HubSpot. This role reports directly to the CEO. In your first 90 days, you will refine our GTM strategy, evaluate segmentation, identify expansion opportunities, and work to quickly generate new revenue.

Day to Day
  • Drive segmentation strategy by company type, size, and geography to maximize revenue.
  • Optimize inbound programs across the funnel.
  • Develop partnership-driven GTM strategies.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to generate leads and improve conversion.
  • Implement systems for account expansion and deepening relationships.
  • Lead high-impact sales efforts with key accounts.
  • Own sales enablement and team training.
  • Collaborate with design to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
  • Work with operations on forecasting, demand planning, and margins.
  • Refine sales technology stack with automation and AI tools.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in sales leadership at high-growth startups or founder-led sales roles.
  • Proven success in scaling B2B revenue from low to high eight figures.
  • Experience managing teams of 5–20+ members across sales and GTM functions.
  • Experience moving sales organizations upmarket.
  • Deep expertise in partnership-led sales and building partner ecosystems.
  • CRM fluency, preferably HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ownership mindset and bias toward action.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and thrive in ambiguity.
Nice to Have
  • Location near New York, San Francisco, or Toronto.
  • Understanding of the commercial real estate ecosystem.
  • Experience in commercial furniture, interiors, or workplace strategy.
  • Experience with employer benefits and selling into self-insured companies.
  • Passion for design, wellness, real estate, and the built environment.
