About the Position :

At TopHat HR, we're hiring on behalf of our client - a growing B2B SaaS company - for a dynamic, data-driven leader to join their team as the VP of Retention and Revenue, Reporting directly to the CRO, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention, expansion, and upsell strategies to fuel their continued growth. This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact function and make a measurable difference in revenue performance

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute strategies to maximize customer retention, accounts expansion and drive revenue growth through current customers by upsells and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Product teams and logistics team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to uncover actionable insights, proactively addressing churn risks and identifying growth potential.
  • Develop and optimize retention, loyalty and expansion playbooks, aligning with their go-to-market and customer journey strategies.
  • Implement a robust framework for revenue forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of customer obsession and continuous improvement, ensuring your team is empowered to hit ambitious targets.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in, retention & account expansions with revenue growth or similar roles within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful customer retention and upsell programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to identify trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage both executive stakeholders and front-line teams.
  • A passion for customer success and a relentless focus on driving value throughout the customer lifecycle.
