Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in health, safety, and environmental leadership roles.
• 5+ years at a senior or executive level in mining, energy, or heavy industries.
• Demonstrated experience in Canadian-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for HSER across all Saskatchewan activities.
• Manage NexGen's HSER team and develop capabilities.
• Oversee HSER compliance with applicable legislation.
