Job summary

CPP Clinics, Montreal-based, is seeking a Practice Development Consultant to analyze clinic performance, identify gaps, and prioritize growth opportunities across the network. You will travel to clinics and collaborate with frontline teams and leaders to test hypotheses and develop scalable improvements.

In this role, you will present evidence-based findings to the Innovation Board and work with GTM experts to codify best practices, shaping the evolution of network playbooks and tools while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities and earn trust with frontline teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinic performance to identify gaps, barriers and growth opportunities.
• Diagnose drivers of performance and prioritize opportunities with greatest impact.
• Recommend paths forward, leveraging GTM programs, playbooks, or new solutions as needed.
• Identify high-performing clinics and internal experts to help uncover drivers of results.
• Lead site visits to observe workflows and test hypotheses across networks.
• Present findings and recommendations to the Innovation Board and senior stakeholders.
• Codify proven practices with GTM and subject matter experts to evolve network playbooks and tools.
• Surface recurring gaps and inform broader GTM priorities.
