Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in highly available, multi-region systems.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices and APIs.
• Experience with ReactJS front-end and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI tooling in development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for liquidity platform.
• Design highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems across regions with data sovereignty.
• Drive an AI-first engineering culture and embed AI tooling into platform and processes.
• Lead, grow, and develop a global engineering organization.
