Job description

The Country Manager for Canada & LATAM will play a key role in the overall growth & profitability of our operations. This leader is responsible for all operations across Canada & LATAM, with a focus on growing our businesses, while always improving the experience we offer to our customers.

The primary responsibility for this role is to own the vision, strategy, and plan for how we will achieve market leadership in the region. Your leadership team will include leaders in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, HR, Finance, Strategy, Product, and Customer Success. This position offers an opportunity to join a world-class management team committed to Intuit’s mission of Powering Prosperity around the World.

Responsibilities
  1. Define & execute a vision for Intuit in the region to power prosperity and become an employer of choice.
  2. Create a durable vision & plan for achieving market leadership in the region.
  3. Own and execute the 3-year commercial growth plan to scale across all products and customer segments in the region.
  4. Champion the needs of the business concerning product and platform investments.
  5. Create a best-in-class organization with top-tier execution.
  6. Contribute as a member of the International Leadership Team to address product and Go-To-Market issues across our International business.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven track record in commercial & general management roles.
  • Experience leading leaders in complex matrix environments.
  • Experience selling and marketing to consumers, small businesses, or mid-market businesses.
  • Extensive experience launching offerings in new markets and scaling businesses.
  • Background in customer insight, multi-channel marketing & sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and embracing challenges.
  • A strategic thinker with a data-backed vision, grit, and determination.
