Job summary

Community Savings Credit Union is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Risk to lead its ERM framework, AML program, and risk governance across the organization. The role provides second-line oversight, strategic risk advice and board-ready reporting, shaping risk culture and resilience.

The candidate will oversee regulatory risk, stress testing readiness, and operational risk controls while partnering with executives to align risk appetite with strategic objectives. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in enterprise risk, AML, governance or equivalent oversight.
• Experience communicating with executive leadership and boards on risk matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and evolution of the ERM framework and risk taxonomy.
• Oversee AML program governance, monitoring, reporting and escalation.
• Coordinate risk reporting to the Board, Committees and Executive Leadership.
• Advise on operational, regulatory, technology and third-party risk across the organization.
• Lead, coach and develop ERM, AML and related teams.
