Momentum Financial Services Group in Toronto seeks a Vice President, Data and Enterprise Architecture to lead a unified data and technology strategy, enabling scalable, AI-ready platforms and cost-efficient operations.

You will shape the long-term architecture, partner with business leaders, and drive transformation across large-scale data ecosystems in financial services. This executive role requires 15+ years of leadership and a track record of delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership in enterprise architecture, data strategy, and platform modernization.
• Proven experience in rationalizing complex technology environments, reducing technical debt, and delivering measurable cost efficiencies.
• Demonstrated success leading transformation of large-scale data and technology ecosystems in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong track record of building AI- and data-ready enterprise architectures.
• Experience marrying business architecture with future state architecture.

Vice President, Data and Enterprise Architecture

What You'll Do

The Vice President, Data and Enterprise Architecture, is responsible for leading Momentum's business and technology on a unified path towards an enterprise target architecture that enables innovation, scalability, and sustainable business growth. This role defines and drives the strategic vision for data, integration, business architecture, and technology platforms —ensuring that architecture and technology investments accelerate business strategy, reduce costs, and position the organization for AI readiness.

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership in enterprise architecture, data strategy, and platform modernization
• Proven experience in rationalizing complex technology environments, reducing technical debt, and delivering measurable cost efficiencies
• Demonstrated success leading transformation of large-scale data and technology ecosystems in financial services or similarly regulated industries
