Job summary

Chubb is seeking a visionary VP of AI Operating Model and Execution to design and scale an enterprise AI operating framework. You will connect users, technologists, and senior leaders to drive rapid adoption of AI-native workflows across Global Data & Analytics.

You will define governance, orchestration, and guardrails for agent-driven decisions, and lead change management to enable a blended human–AI organization that can move faster and with greater supervision and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize an AI operating model and governance framework.
• Define agent roles, orchestration logic, and human–agent interaction patterns.
• Lead change management for teams adopting blended human-agent workflows.
• Partner with Global Data & Analytics, legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure responsible rollout.
• Develop metrics to track adoption, trust, and productivity impacts.
