Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Call Taker in London, Ontario for Inter-Community Shuttle Services. You will answer calls, assist customers with bookings and inquiries, and document details in the system. Coordination with dispatch ensures efficient service delivery.

Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Call Taker for our Inter-Community Shuttle Services!

Your Role

• Answering calls promptly and professionally
• Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling needs (e.g., booking rides or addressing complaints)
• Accurately documenting information in the system for tracking and resolution
• Coordinating with other departments, such as dispatch, to fulfill customer requests efficiently

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear speech
• You have intermediate to advanced English language skills (B1 to C2)
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Intermediate to advanced technical skills to use phone systems and computers confidently
• Superior customer service abilities, including empathy and problem-solving
• The role requires multitasking and a high level of attention to detail, especially in fast-paced situations
• Familiar with London and surrounding areas
• You have 1 to 2 years of dispatch, call center, or logistics experience
• You are available to work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm

Work Location

• This position is based in-office at our main building located at 573 Admiral Court, London ON. Please note that remote work options are not available for this role.

The rate for this position is $19.00 per hour with benefits after 3 months.
