Job summary

Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Call Taker for our Inter-Community Shuttle Services in London, Ontario. This in-office role is based at 573 Admiral Court, London ON, where you will answer calls promptly, assist customers with inquiries and scheduling needs, and accurately document information in our system.

You will coordinate with dispatch and other departments to fulfill requests efficiently, while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail in fast-paced situations that serve

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (B1 to C2).
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Job description

Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Call Taker for our Inter-Community Shuttle Services!

Your Role

• Answering calls promptly and professionally.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling needs (e.g., booking rides or addressing complaints).
• Accurately documenting information in the system for tracking and resolution.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as dispatch, to fulfill customer requests efficiently.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear speech
• You have intermediate to advanced English language skills (B1 to C2)
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Intermediate to advanced technical skills to use phone systems and computers confidently
• Superior customer service abilities, including empathy and problem-solving
• The role requires multitasking and a high level of attention to detail, especially in fast-paced situations
• Familiar with London and surrounding areas
• You have 1 to 2 years of dispatch, call center, or logistics experience
• You are available to work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm

The rate for this position is $19.00 per hour with benefits after 3 months.

Work Location

• This position is based in-office at our main building located at 573 Admiral Court, London ON. Please note that remote work options are not available for this role.
