VO2 GROUP recherche une Développeuse Back‑End à Montréal pour travailler sur des projets variés. Vous développerez des services back‑end performants et maintiendrez des bases de données tout en appliquant des pratiques de sécurité et de code propre.

Position

Développeuse Back‑End – Missions Ponctuelles & Défis Clients (Back‑End Developer – Occasional Missions & Client Challenges)

Location

Montréal, Québec. Only candidates located in Québec will be considered.

Responsibilities

You will work on diverse back‑end projects for a variety of clients, adapt to new teams, and continuously expand your expertise. Technical tasks include:

• Developing and maintaining high‑performance back‑end services using Node.js, Python, Java, Go or PHP.
• Designing and implementing efficient APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
• Managing relational and non‑relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Ensuring clean code, security best practices, performance optimization and automated tests (unit and integration).
• Applying DevOps principles (Docker, CI/CD) where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of significant back‑end development experience.
• Excellent mastery of at least one modern environment: Node.js (NestJS, Express), Python (FastAPI, Django), Java (Spring Boot), Go, or PHP (Symfony, Laravel).
• Strong proficiency in relational and non‑relational databases and API design.
• Deep knowledge of Clean Code, security, performance, caching, and automated testing.
• Experience with DevOps practices such as Docker and CI/CD is a plus.
