Job summary

La Vie En Rose is seeking a Visual Presentation Coordinator to support the Visual Presentation Manager with daily activities and interdepartmental communication. You will work closely with stores to ensure effective communication of information across the team.

The role requires a diploma in fashion merchandising/visual presentation and 1–3 years of retail experience in visual presentation. Bilingual English/French is required, with occasional travel for openings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or Visual Presentation is preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience in visual merchandising or visual presentation.
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits and openings.

• Maintain the mock store for planograms and visual presentations.

• Create and distribute signage lists.
• Process store requests and signage inventory.
• Coordinate signage orders for new store openings.
• Prepare installation guidelines for folding, hanging, and window displays.
• Conduct testing and validations during project development.
• Occasionally participate in new store openings and store visits.
• Visit stores occasionally.

Purpose of the Role

The incumbent will support the Visual Presentation Manager by providing day‑to‑day assistance to the department. They will work closely with the entire team to ensure the effective communication of information between the department and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage departmental communications, including memos and visual documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Presentation, or a related field (an asset).
• 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally in visual merchandising or visual presentation.
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken (The individual will need to communicate with external suppliers, and stores outside of Quebec).
• Proficiency with the Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to travel occasionally for store visits and new store openings.
