La Vie en Rose is seeking a part-time merchandising and marketing assistant in Canada to design and implement engaging in-store displays and promotional concepts. You will help plan marketing activities, create impactful windows, and work with the team to reflect our strategic vision in-store.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing marketing plans for our products.
• Create window displays that grab customers’ attention.
• Showcase products and set up inviting displays in-store.
• Develop promos with your team and showcase them strategically in-store.
• Apply our planograms to maximize sales potential.
• Follow best practices for visual presentation.
• Always provide excellent customer service.
• Respect and apply head office policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Your role will involve helping plan and develop marketing plans for our products as well as finding creative ways to reflect our strategic vision in-store. This involves:

• Creating window displays that grab customers’ attention;
• Showcasing products and setting up inviting displays in-store;
• Coming up with innovative ideas for promos with your team and showcasing them strategically in-store;
• Applying our planograms to maximize sales potential;
• Following best practices for visual presentation;
• Always providing excellent customer service;
• Respecting and applying the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.

Permanent, part time

HOURLY SALARY : 19,11$ - 20,00$
