Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Visual in Vancouver to lead the merchandising team and translate design vision into floor execution. You will coach staff on visual and operational standards while collaborating with the Assistant Store Leader to drive sales and customer experience.

You will spend significant time on the sales floor, ensuring replenishment, signage, and collateral align with brand guidelines, with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a visible leadership presence.
• Support development plans and provide timely feedback to staff.
• Train on product knowledge, selling, service, operations, and policies.
• Focus on driving sales as Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Review business results with the Assistant Store Leader and adjust plans.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient customer service.
