Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Burnaby is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead store display, merchandising, and brand presentation. You will partner with the Display Artist and Department Managers to create a dynamic, inviting shopping environment that drives sales and enhances the customer experience.

You will mentor and coach the team, set clear objectives, and oversee the visual direction from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• Passion for URBN brand with 3+ years of store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning and visual displays.
• Proven track record of developing great talent.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needs of the store arise.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting URBN values and partners with Display Artist and Department Managers on engaging displays.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging, personalized, and efficient.
• Drives in-store creative marketing, activations, merchandising, and store team support to boost sales.
