Job summary

QE Home seeks a Field Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life across our Burnaby-area retail stores. You will report to the Visual Merchandising & Product Manager and work closely with store teams and District Managers to create inspiring presentations that elevate the customer experience and drive results.

In this hands-on role, you will execute floor sets, seasonal transitions, signage, and product placement across multiple locations, travel regularly within your region, and coach teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising or related field.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and customer shopping behavior.
• Experience executing floor sets and merchandising projects across multiple store locations.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute floor sets, seasonal flips, promotions, product launches across your region.
• Support store teams with product placement, signage, fixture placement, and presentation.
• Bring visual standards to life following floor plans and brand direction.
• Partner with store teams and District Managers on merchandising projects and coaching.
• Travel regularly within your assigned region, including overnight travel.
