Job summary

RONA is seeking a Store Associate to optimize product presentation and ensure compliance with visual standards in a busy Nova Scotia location. You will assemble and adjust displays, monitor stock, and guide customers to the right team member for expert advice.

The role emphasizes maintaining orderly shelves, accurate pricing, and a welcoming shopping environment. Candidates should be ready to work 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday, with training and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with tools used in hardware or retail environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Able to move stock and maintain organized displays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle displays according to seasonal changes and stock levels.
• Ensure merchandise complies with planograms and visual standards.
• Keep pricing and shelves tidy and accessible for customers.
• Greet customers professionally and direct them to store staff for advice.
• Maintain cleanliness and ease of movement in aisles.
