Job summary

Laura Canada is seeking an In-Store Merchandiser in Victoria to creatively present merchandise, dress mannequins, and install props inside and in windows. You will drive traffic by repositioning products to meet store needs and collaborate with management and the regional visual presentation team.

Responsibilities include attending product knowledge sessions, maintaining a neat store appearance, and participating in new store openings.

• Great creativity in visual presentation and marketing
• Educational background or relevant experience in fashion marketing
• Detail oriented
• Exhibit initiative and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Creatively present merchandise and manage store space to support seasonal projection.
• Dress mannequins and install props both in the windows and inside the store.
• Drive traffic and sales by changing the location of merchandise to meet the needs of the store.
• Perform physical tasks and work at height, such as changing displays and signs.
• Collaborate with Management and the Regional Visual Presentation Team.
• Attend Product Knowledge sessions seasonally.
• Ensure a neat appearance of the store.
• Participate in new stores’ set-up and opening.
