Job summary

lululemon in Windsor, Ontario seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-driven VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will style products, manage displays, and lead campaigns to enhance guest experiences.

Collaboration with store leadership and training of team members on brand standards are key parts of the role. Minimum 1 year retail or related visual merchandising experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize experiences through brand-standard product storytelling and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Conduct VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Foster an inclusive team environment through supportive relationships.
