Job summary

Trinity Western University is seeking a Visual Designer to advance brand-consistent design across print and digital channels. You will translate creative direction into polished assets supporting enrolment, communications, events, and institutional priorities.

Collaborate with writers, marketers, and campus partners; develop reusable templates and design systems; and manage production-ready assets with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design or related field preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating design craft, brand consistency, and production ability.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic or visual design experience preferred.
• Experience designing for integrated campaigns, publications, digital channels, events, or institutional communications.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality design work across digital and print channels.
• Translate briefs into design solutions that reflect brand and audience needs.
• Develop assets for campaigns, publications, web, email, social media, and events.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms and adapt concepts across formats.
• Coordinate with Creative Lead and teams to meet timelines and production requirements.
