Job summary

Trinity Western University seeks an Administrative Assistant, Enrolment Operations to support enrolment logistics, campus engagement, and CRM data integrity. You will serve as the first contact for prospective students and visitors, coordinating visits and providing Tier 1 support for student services where possible.

• 1–2 years of customer service or help desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and web-based applications.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist campus guests, prospective students, and visitors with a welcoming, professional presence.
• Manage front desk communications: phone, text, online tickets, chat, and walk-ins per SLAs.
• Maintain CRM data integrity; perform de-duplication and data entry for admissions.
• Stay informed on TWU programs, services, and campus events to serve as an information resource.
