The Casual Secretarial/Clerical Support Staff will provide clerical and secretarial support necessary for the efficient operation of school offices and board offices, in the absence of a permanent secretary. The assignments may be located at any of the schools in our district. As a Casual Secretarial/Clerical Support Staff, you will have the opportunity to select school locations you would like to support. Casual Secretarial/Clerical Support Staff will be placed according to operational needs, day-to-day or on short-term assignments.
Police Record Check: This role will require a Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check dated with six (6) months of hire date and to be provided to Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for any cost associated with obtaining. The Police Record Check will be required to be renewed every 5 years.
