EIC - Experience Internship Canada is seeking a motivated Video Production & Editing Intern to join its teams in Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver. You will help create audiovisual content presenting EIC programs and international experiences, contributing to preparation, filming and editing for our channels.

You will work in an international environment that values collaboration and learning through practical work, with a supervisor guiding priorities as your skills develop.

Qualifications

• You are studying audiovisual production, film, media or communications.
• You know the fundamentals of an editing tool and can share examples of your work.
• You pay attention to storytelling, composition and sound quality.
• You are organized and enjoy collaborative creative projects.
• You are comfortable communicating in English. French is an asset for collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and audiences.
• You can work collaboratively, seek feedback and suggest practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Preproduction: prepare concepts, scripts and shot lists with the teams.
• Organization: plan shoots and coordinate participant availability.
• Production: support filming and audio recording while checking quality.
• Editing: assemble footage and build a clear, well-paced story.
