Job description

Mash Strategy is a dynamic public relations and cause marketing agency dedicated to promoting positive societal change through strategic marketing methods and campaigns. We are looking for a self-motivated, fun, and creative Video Producer to join our growing team!

The Video Producer position consists of creating videos for social media, promotional, advocacy, company stories, announcements and explainers on a daily basis under the direction of the Lead Strategist or Senior Video Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Grasp video scripts and concepts to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Gather raw materials, including B-roll, music, logos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Manipulate and edit video footage into seamless sequences.
  • Input dialogue, graphics, and attention-grabbing motion effects that enhance storytelling.
  • Create rough and final cuts of videos.
  • Use effects to bring videos into the next level of high quality, amazing productions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and strategists to finalize videos and incorporate feedback.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing effects and processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Use tools assisted and guided by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to boost efficiency and quality of video productions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of video production and post-production processes.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
