Underknown is seeking a creative producer to lead and scale the What If Tomorrow channel from Toronto in a hybrid role. You will collaborate with editors, writers, and artists to ideate, package and produce high-quality videos, and leverage AI tools to optimize pre- and post-production workflows.

You will also explore new formats, craft compelling stories from current topics, and manage multiple episodes while ensuring strong audience engagement and performance data informs decisions.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in YouTube content creation, video production, and digital media production.
• Ability to produce engaging long-form episodes (20–30 minutes) through a journalistic lens.
• Experience managing multiple projects, building formats, and coordinating social strategies.
• Experience with AI tools for ideation, research, pre-production and production tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the What If Tomorrow channel with editors, writers, hosts and artists to unify the vision.
• Experiment with new formats, including on-camera content.
• Oversee pre-production, production and post-production for each video (ideation, packaging, outlines, scripts, shooting, editing).
• Resolve creative and technical problems and overcome hurdles.
• Test new formats across video, social posts, Short-Form content and community engagement.
