Reporting to the National Vice President, Operations, the Vice President, Regional Operations - Greater Toronto Area (GTA)will lead a portfolio of Aspira Retirement homes within the assigned geographic area. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering Aspira’s shared vision and realizing financial, operational, and team performance goals. These roles are instrumental in steering our Aspira Retirement Living and Operations towards excellence, aligning with Sienna’s commitment to quality and service.

Who You Are: This is an opportunity to build and implement a highly successful operational plan for an organization that is dedicated to meaningful work and values seniors living life with comfort, dignity, and respect. Education and experience may come from the health sector or other industries (such as hospitality, retail, and asset/property management) where you have led large teams, worked in a fast-paced environment and worked with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
