Growing through acquisition and Organic growth, E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and commercial customers.Position DescriptionE360S is looking for a Vice President of Operations to support our Solid Waste Line of Business in Southern Ontario.Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Oversee and drive the strategic direction for solid waste management across Souther Ontario, ensuring alignment with company goals.Operational Excellence : Lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites, optimizing efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.P&L Management : Own the profitability of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.Sustainability Initiatives : Champion sustainability programs and innovation within solid waste practices to drive environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance.Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and empower a diverse team of operations managers, engineers, and technical staff. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.Client Relations : Cultivate relationships with municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.
