How You’ll Make This Happen

  • Lead a repeatable, high-growth sales strategy, expanding PhenoTips’ footprint in health systems, research institutions, and clinics.
  • Win complex enterprise deals, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with a refined go-to-market (GTM) strategy and predictable pipeline.

Build & Lead a High-Impact Team

  • Recruit, develop, and coach a top-tier sales and marketing team to drive scalable revenue.
  • Set clear targets, optimize sales processes, and foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance product-market fit and customer experience.
  • Personally drive and close key strategic deals while scaling the sales function.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that showcase PhenoTips’ impact on genomic workflows and patient care.
  • Lead final-stage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Track and optimize key metrics: pipeline health, CAC/LTV, and sales efficiency.
  • Use analytics to refine sales strategies and improve win rates.
  • Provide data-driven revenue insights to shape company strategy.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in health tech, precision medicine, or genomics.
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, scaling sales teams, and driving enterprise sales success.
  • Experience selling into health systems, clinics, and research institutions, navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • A data-driven mindset—you leverage analytics, forecasting, and pipeline metrics to drive decisions.
  • Ability to be hands-on initially (closing deals) and scale into a leadership role as the team grows.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare purchasing cycles, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics.
  • A strong grasp of key SaaS revenue metrics (pipeline coverage, ARR growth, CAC payback, churn, expansion).

Bonus Points

  • Experience in content marketing, brand positioning, or enterprise partnerships.
  • A background in genomics, precision medicine, or health informatics.
  • A strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial approach—you see the big picture and execute on the details.
  • Experience navigating U.S. healthcare markets, including regulatory considerations and health system procurement processes.
