Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 12+ years in software development with production teams, including 5+ years leading diverse technical or operational teams.
• Proven leadership using both Agile and Traditional development methodologies across cross-platform environments.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into technical solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of release management, deployment workflows, and full project lifecycle execution.
• Proficient in quality assurance, analytics, and the use of quality management tools to drive high standards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Windows / Linux OS, networking, databases, and scripting.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 170,000- $215,000 CAD annually .
