An established industry player is seeking a Senior Director of Recruitment Services to lead financial reporting and analysis. This role is a 12-14 month contract.
The Role:
This role will be a key deputy to the CFO and have end-to-end responsibility for financial reporting and analysis, including oversight of the Accounting, FP&A, business intelligence, Tax, and Strategic Finance functions.
On a day-to-day basis, you will have oversight for all accounting functions managed by the direct reports (including accounts payable and accounts receivable, journal entries, IFRS financial statement preparation and reporting, MD&A, ESG Reporting, and technical accounting), corporate FP&A (including the development of the annual operating plan, the quarterly forecasting process, and business performance reviews) and building and supervising a team that provides ongoing financial and analytic support to the business segment leaders.
