The Corporate Vice President of Communications and Public Relations is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing the organization’s communication and public relations strategies. This role acts as a primary spokesperson and oversees internal and external communications, media relations, investor communications, government relations support, and community engagement. The leader manages a team responsible for internal communications, executive communications, crisis management, media relations, corporate sponsorships, website and digital marketing, and social media. Collaboration with hospital leadership is essential to advance strategic goals, with hospital communications teams reporting indirectly to this role.

Estimated annual total compensation ranges from $214,240 to $300,000, including wages, benefits, and potential bonuses. Benefits include paid time off, 401K, health coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary options. Exact salary depends on experience, location, and other factors.
