About the Role:

CNR Earthworks Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the Medicine Hat Streetlight Upgrade project along HWY 1. This full-time role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills to ensure the successful execution of a high-visibility infrastructure upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for the streetlight upgrade along HWY 1.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor project timelines, budget adherence, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Manage project documentation including daily reports, schedules, change orders, and site safety records.
• Provide regular updates to company leadership and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Proactively identify risks or delays and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction or infrastructure projects (streetlighting, highway work, or municipal upgrades an asset).
• Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, and safety regulations (COR experience is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).
• Must be local to Medicine Hat or have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
