Qualifications

VFX Project Manager

We utilize cutting-edge job management processes and technology to track and monitor our projects.

Job Details

• Location: Hamilton, ON
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, with bonus pay
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; on call; weekends as needed
• Work Environment: On-site

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects, preferably in insurance restoration
• Estimate project costs and monitor job profitability
• Oversee emergency mitigation and construction projects, both residential and commercial
• Maintain knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences, and project management
• Utilize Xactimate and other software; computer literacy is essential
• Ensure compliance with safety and certification requirements, including IICRC certification (asset)

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of construction experience, preferably in insurance restoration
• Experience with estimating and project oversight
• Knowledge of building sciences and project management
• Ability to monitor job costs and ensure profitability
• Criminal Record Check required
