As Project Manager, you will spend a significant amount of time in the field to ensure projects are properly completed. This position is based out of Brantford (Princeton).

The position offers a competitive salary and incentive reward structure. A company vehicle and cellphone are provided.

Our in-house centralized Estimating Team prepares estimates using your field scoping packages, with administrative support from Project Coordinators. High-volume sales teams include shared Construction Managers to assist in delivering top-tier service to our rebuild clients.

The Project Manager responds quickly and efficiently to residential and commercial insurance losses across the west GTA (Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Halton/Hamilton, Brantford/Woodstock). This role is a leadership position within the organization, responsible for achieving sales, performance, and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and performance goals
• Complete accurate sketch and scope packages
• Effectively utilize Project Coordinators and Construction Managers
• Generate project budgets and maintain margins
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain current and accurate files in job management systems
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and adjusters
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NS)

Qualifications:

• Experience in Property Damage Restoration, handling insurance-related water and fire losses (must have)
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Drive to achieve goals
• Valid Ontario driver's license and clear criminal background check
• Sales experience is an asset
