We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team.Social Boss Inc. is a full-service marketing, PR, and creative agency based in Calgary, AB, specializing in influencer campaigns, content creation, social media strategy, advertising, and creative storytelling. We?re looking for a strategic and organized Project Manager / Account Manager to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creative campaigns, and can juggle timelines, clients, and team coordination with confidence ? this is your moment.?Your RoleAs our Project Manager / Account Manager, you?re the glue that keeps it all together ? managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are met, and building strong relationships with clients and collaborators. You?ll oversee internal coordination, client communication, vendor relations, and workflow systems across a variety of projects including PR, social media, advertising, content, and influencer campaigns.?What You?ll Be DoingClient Communication* Act as the primary contact for clients, managing timelines, expectations, and updates* Lead check-in calls, send approvals/follow-ups, and ensure deliverables are alignedProject Management* Plan and oversee multiple projects using tools like ClickUp or Trello* Keep timelines, deliverables, and team progress organized and on track* Manage requirements gathering, scope documentation, and risk mitigationTeam + Workflow Coordination* Assign tasks, ensure access and resources are ready, and monitor execution* Support or host weekly team meetings/check-ins* Streamline team processes and support accountabilityVendor + Stakeholder Management* Liaise with vendors and partners, negotiate contracts or deliverables* Ensure third-party services align with project goals and standardsReporting + Performance Tracking* Oversee client reporting (prepared by admin), adding strategic insights* Highlight campaign results and client winsProcess Improvement* Help build workflows, checklists, and systems for smoother day-to-day ops* Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep momentum strong?What You Bring* 2+ years experience in project/account management, marketing coordination, or agency work* Excellent communication and organization skills (you?re proactive and detail-obsessed)* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, tasks, and shifting priorities* Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)* Familiarity with platforms like ClickUp, Trello, Confluence, Slack, Google Drive, Notion* Bonus: Background in social media, PR, influencer marketing, or creative campaigns* PMP or other PM certifications are a plus but not required?Tools We Use* Slack* Google Drive* Notion* Canva, Later, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads?Why Join UsSocial Boss is growing fast ? and this role is key to helping us scale without the chaos.
