Job summary

Image Engine in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a VFX Producer (Expression of Interest) to lead on-time, on-budget show delivery and to liaise between clients and VFX Supervisors. The role requires 5+ years in VFX production and strong leadership across artists, PMs and coordinators.

The position offers a competitive salary range of CAD 140,000–170,000 per year for a 40-hour week, with extended healthcare from day 1 and premium coverage, plus up to 8 wellness days annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of credited work experience as a VFX Producer on major feature films.
• Strong client and crew management skills.
• Thorough understanding of live-action and CG VFX workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production with a client-facing focus.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and schedule; track milestones.
• Collaborate with VFX Supervisor and Production teams to balance time and quality.
• Provide schedule visibility to teams and executives; mentor staff.
