Job description

In this position, you’ll be part of Norsfell, the studio behind the indie hit Tribes of Midgard , where a team of dedicated and skilled game developers awaits you.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Bring to life both creative and art direction visions to improve UX
• Create and integrate all gameplay, characters, and environmental VFX
• Work closely with design, art, and dev to establish the best visual feedback
• Iterate using comments from multiple sources to reach an optimal result
• Profile all particles and optimize them to maximize performance

QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 4 years of experience in the required field and in video game industry
• Skilled with Niagara, Blender, and Unreal Engine
• Comfortable and interested in stylized VFX
• At ease in English and / or French
• Eligible to work in Canada

ASSETS :

• Worked on top-down games
• Experience with ARPG type of game
• Able to communicate in French
