Qualifications

  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to participate in rotating Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer incoming calls and voicemail promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar.
  • Check patients in/out and maintain accurate client records.
  • Process payments, review estimates, and handle invoicing.
  • Maintain patient records and document client communications.
  • Support teammates with additional tasks to keep days running smoothly.

  • Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to voicemail messages.
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar.
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring client and patient information remains accurate.
  • Collect payments, process invoices, and review treatment estimates with clients.
  • Manage medical record requests, appointment reminders, and routine administrative tasks.
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to confirm appointments and follow up on patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document all client communications.
  • Support teammates with additional tasks to help each day run smoothly.
