Western Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Centre in Calgary, AB is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care to welcome clients and their pets, manage email correspondence, and coordinate scheduling and billing. This front-line role supports the entire hospital team.

The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and enjoys helping people and animals. Experience in customer service or front desk is an asset; training and benefits are provided, along with opportunities for professional growth.

Western Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Centre is currently welcoming a Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated!

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet parents
• Respond to and manage email correspondence; clients, referring veterinarians & internal office messages
