Job description

Job Title: Client Care Representative

Tri Lake Animal Hospital and Referral Centre is seeking a full-time, customer service-focused Client Care Representative to join our team. This role involves responsibilities that contribute to the smooth and effective daily operation of the hospital. Your main goal is to ensure our clients and their pets feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and pet parents
  2. Answer multi-line phone systems, track, and book appointments effectively
  3. Make outbound calls for follow-ups and future appointments
  4. Manage email correspondence with clients, referring veterinarians, and internal messages
  5. Admit and discharge pet patients
  6. Handle invoicing, billing, creating estimates, explaining fees, obtaining confirmation, and processing payments
  7. Schedule appointments
  8. Provide excellent customer service, making clients feel at ease
  9. Maintain strong organizational skills
  10. Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning reception and pet holding areas
  11. Willingness to learn about veterinary services, medical procedures, and assist staff as needed

Compensation: $ to $ per hour. The rate varies depending on location and other factors.
