Veterinary Reception, Client Care

Lake Country, BC (north of Kelowna)

Tri Lake Animal Hospital and Referral Centre is currently seeking a full-time, customer service-focused Client Care Representative to join our team. This role involves responsibilities that contribute to the smooth daily operation of the hospital, with a primary focus on ensuring our clients and their pets feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and pet parents
  • Answering a multi-line phone system, tracking, and booking appointments effectively
  • Making outbound calls for follow-up and future appointment bookings
  • Managing email correspondence with clients, referring veterinarians, and internal messages
  • Admitting and discharging pet patients
  • Invoicing, billing, creating estimates, explaining fees, and processing payments
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintaining strong organizational skills
  • Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness of reception, pet holding, and common areas
  • Willingness to learn about veterinary services, medical procedures, and assist veterinary staff as needed

Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
