Job summary

Lakeview Animal Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care to join our team full-time. You will greet clients and their pets, manage email communication, and proactively schedule visits and follow-ups while assisting with invoicing and payments.

A friendly demeanor and empathy are essential to provide outstanding client care. Experience in front desk or hospitality is an asset; you will support hospital staff and help maintain a clean reception area.

• Previous customer service or front desk experience is an asset.
• Ability to respond to emails and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients to create a welcoming environment.
• Respond to and manage email correspondence from clients, referring veterinarians and internal messages.
• Proactively book visits, schedule follow-ups, and make outbound calls to keep patient care on track.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated! Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet parents Respond to and manage email correspondence; clients, referring veterinarians & internal office messages Proactively booking visits, scheduling follow-ups, and making outbound calls to keep our patient care on track. Guiding pet owners through the invoicing and billing process with clarity and compassion, confirming estimates, and processing payments.
