VCA Canada is seeking an Assistant Hospital Manager in Saskatoon to support daily hospital operations and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional patient care and client service.
You will help oversee three Saskatchewan hospitals, coach staff, manage schedules, and contribute to financial and operational goals while promoting a positive, collaborative culture.
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as required.
The Assistant Hospital Manager supports the daily operations of the hospital by working closely with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director. This role helps ensure excellent patient care, outstanding client service, and an engaged, high-performing team while supporting the hospital's financial and operational goals. The Assistant Hospital Manager also partners with the Hospital Manager to support operational initiatives across 3 hospitals in the Saskatchewan region, helping promote consistency, collaboration, and best practices.
