Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations in professional‑services management, practice management, office management, veterinary‑clinic leadership or healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated success supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee‑integration processes.
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, you work effectively with veterinarians, technicians, administrative staff, leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client-Service and Administrative Operations across locations.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and administrative workflow management across locations.
• Manage billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and month-end processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with clients as needed to understand and fill their needs and to coordinate clinic resources to meet those needs.
• Communicate service scheduling to clients.
• Act as the liaison between clinic teams and centralized TELUS support functions.
• Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Partner with clinic leaders and staff to standardize administrative workflows across Brooks, Lethbridge, and Taber.
• Optimize operational efficiency and implement practical solutions that create repeatable, scalable processes.

What you'll do
