About the role

As a Field Marketing Team Lead for North America, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a high-performing team of two Field Marketing professionals. This strategic and highly collaborative leadership role bridges the gap between regional marketing execution and sales alignment. You will set direction, coach your team, and ensure that marketing initiatives drive measurable business outcomes—building pipeline, accelerating deals, and driving regional revenue.

Working in close partnership with the regional sales team, you will drive retention and growth in existing customer accounts while bringing new target customers into the business, meet sales pipeline development and acceleration needs, and support our continued growth ambitions across everything.

You will need to be a results-driven leader with unwavering confidence in your ability to oversee the execution of a program of regional marketing activities. In addition to amazing organizational skills and stakeholder management skills, you will need to be a natural at understanding customers and building strong relationships with a truly data-driven mindset. The key to success in this role will be the ability to influence, partner and work across the many teams within The Adaptavist Group to create successful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Regional strategy and sales alignment:

- Act as the senior marketing partner to regional sales leadership; influence territory planning, account strategy, and regional go-to-market priorities.

- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to translate pipeline goals into targeted marketing initiatives.

- Use data to monitor marketing funnel performance and ensure marketing efforts influence pipeline velocity and revenue impact.

- Serve as a voice of the market—providing insight into regional trends, buyer behaviour, and competitive landscape.

Marketing planning and execution oversight:

- Work with your marketing leadership team and other senior leaders to understand and articulate the region's growth opportunities, using research and data to drive insights.

- Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of regional integrated marketing campaigns, including ABM, events, digital programs, and partner co-marketing.

- Actively contribute to regular regional marketing planning in conjunction with your business partners – aligning and prioritizing the needs of multiple stakeholders to drive a cohesive plan, including budgets for the region.

- Ensure enablement of regional business development and sales development - to maximize the outcomes of campaigns and activities.

- Work closely with regional sales development to build reporting; align to key metrics for the region to understand the impact being created, with regular stakeholder reporting and optimization.

- Oversee localization and regionalization of global campaigns to ensure relevance and impact in-market.

Partner Marketing (Regional):

- Be our partners’ main senior operational point of contact for marketing execution in the region, where needed;

- Work with the Solutions Marketing team (respective leads and campaign managers) to define and deliver joint go-to-market strategies with key technology partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, and content initiatives.

Cross-functional collaboration:

- Actively contribute to cross-regional and global marketing initiatives.

- Partner with Brand, Solutions Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Design teams to ensure cohesive execution and knowledge sharing.

- Be an active participant in continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall marketing operating model.

Measurement, outcomes focus:

- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign success and team impact.

- Review performance data regularly to identify optimization opportunities and lead testing and iteration efforts.

- Report marketing outcomes and insights to regional and global stakeholders; advocate for data-driven decisions.

Team leadership and management:

- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of field marketers to ensure strategic alignment, high performance, and professional growth.

- Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and manage performance through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and development planning.

- Influence and educate senior colleagues by presenting your work in executive meetings and across the business.

- Contribute to improvement initiatives across the Group to support its wider development and growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative team culture aligned with the Group’s values.

What we're looking for

- 8+ years B2B field marketing experience in North America, preferably in the Tech industry, including team leadership or management in a regional or global capacity.

- Proven ability to lead and develop marketing professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong commercial acumen; experienced in aligning marketing with sales strategy to drive revenue outcomes.

- Deep understanding of integrated marketing planning, including events, ABM, digital campaigns, and partner programs. Strong knowledge of regional demand generation strategies and tactics, including account segmentation, content localization and content personalization

- Strong data literacy; adept at using analytics to measure impact and inform decisions.

- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence across levels and functions.

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills -- experience of leading and managing multiple complex projects with attention to detail, but also an ability to think innovatively and creatively

- Proven track record of understanding how to build and deploy campaigns to achieve the desired outcomes, on time and on budget, and with the right quality

- Willingness to travel to support team activities and key business events.
